## Agreement to Terms
By participating in our tours and making payment to Oishii (Oishii Co., Ltd.), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
## Booking and Payment
Full payment or deposit is required in advance to confirm your reservation.
## Group Coordination
For group bookings, we understand that the designated representative is the primary point of contact and is responsible for communicating with all group members regarding tour details, meeting points, and timing.
## Punctuality
All guests are required to arrive at the designated meeting point on time. We reserve the right to proceed with the tour if you or your group is late, without refund.
## Behavior Standards
All participants agree to follow the tour guide’s instructions and maintain respectful behavior. We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive or unsafe, without refund.
## Food Allergy & Dietary Requirements
Oishii asks our guests to specify any food allergies at the time of booking. Prior to your tour, we share that information with your guide and work with our restaurants to accommodate your needs. We strive to achieve the highest food hygiene standards on our tours.
**Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate the following cases for both shared and private tours:**
1. Guests with severe allergies.
2. Guests who cannot accept any risk of cross-contamination, regardless of the severity of their allergy (including for religious reasons).
This is because, even if restaurants separate kitchen utensils, we cannot guarantee 100% prevention of cross-contamination.
For guests we can accommodate, please note that we cannot guarantee 100% that your specified allergic ingredients won’t be included. Therefore, you are responsible for bringing any medication necessary to treat allergic reactions that you may have.
## Liability
Oishii, your guide, and restaurants do not accept responsibility for death or injury suffered from any food consumed, or reaction to any food-related allergy, on our tours. Further, we will not be held responsible for any illness caused by anything you have eaten or drunk whilst on our tour, or death or any injury you may suffer for any reason, on our tours.
Therefore, we strongly recommend that all tour participants have adequate travel insurance before taking the tour.
