Oishii (Oishii Co., Ltd ) asks our guests to specify any food allergies at the time the guest makes a booking.

Prior to your tour we share that information with your guide, and also work with our restaurants to accommodate your needs. We strive to achieve the highest food hygiene standards on our tours.

However, we cannot guarantee 100% that your specified allergic ingredients won’t be included. Therefore you are responsible to bring any medication necessary to treat allergic reactions that you may have.

Oishii, your guide and restaurants do not accept responsibility for death or injury suffered from any food consumed, or reaction to any food-related allergy, on our tours. Further, we will not be held responsible for any illness caused by anything you have eaten or drank whilst on our tour, or death or any injury you may suffer for any reason, on our tours.

Therefore, we recommend that all tour participants have adequate insurance before taking the tour. By making payment to Oishii prior to your tour, you are accepting these terms and conditions.

Covid policy 

As we return to serving up the best food tour in Japan, we have established procedures and discipline to protect the health & safety of our guests, guides and local community.Oishii’s safety first procedures are based on government guidelines blended with common sense and our sincere feeling of care to everyone in our ecosystem.

Wellness check

All guides receive wellness checks to ensure they are healthy and symptom-free. Everybody including the guide are required to take a temperature when we meet at the meeting point. If a guest has a temperature higher than 37.5 C (99.5 F) or dry-cough, the guide is required to request them not to join the tour.


Everybody are required to wear masks for the food tour. Masks are required while entering, exiting, or walking throughout the restaurants or retail stores. Masks may be removed while seated. 

Health Consent Form

All customers are required to sign on our health consent form including your contact number before start of the tour. If a customer refuses, the guide is required to request them not to join the tour.

Stringent Cleaning

Oishii have audited our restaurant partners related to the frequency of disinfecting surfaces in high traffic areas and to secure that hand sanitizer will be available during the tour to all of our guests. Just ask your tour guide if you have concerns. We will do our part to make sure that life and food and fun goes on, in a way that protects everyone in our ecosystem.
